Starter works, I got it checked. There is just something not plugged in and I blame Dom. I don't know why. Maybe because he gives me sooo much s%@t. I think it is the one all the way to the left. The connector on the left is the selector switch (pndrl) and could be the issue if its not plugged in or the start interlock wires or within the switch is the problem. Try doing what I said with the voltmeter and see if you get power at the starter and just follow the circuit (+ and -) back until you find power. I'd simply follow EVERY plug on the harnesses and pull them apart, take a look, and re-plug if there's no visible issue. Or my next best guess would be the selector switch went south. Could also try wiggling the shift cable/trans selector lever around while someone else tries starting the car. Could be excessive slop in the cable?

Thank you guys for your help. I got it to start. I don't know what I did right this time. I installed the Starter, it didn't even try to start again. I played with the Main fuse and box connectors, reinstalled the Trans sensor plug. Tried again, and it worked. It was stalling, forgot the PCV to intake hose.
Now that it starts, it wants to race to 4000 RPMs. I set the ignition to on and ran the throttle from 0-100%. Someone told me to do this 5 times to set the limits on the sensor. It idled once, but still wants to race to 4000. What should I be looking for?

Updated pic: After plugging in the O2 sensor, it idles ok. Not great. I got the thermostat housing in and now I can hook the 2 sensors that go into that. I don't want to turn the ending over again till I get the radiator in and water in the engine. Also need to find the bolts for the auto trans cooler in the radiator. I am also missing the one of the 2 bolts for the brake caliper. From the looks of the pads it was missing. Cant remember.

You guys know I only put pic/videos on the first page right? I think it keeps the clutter down.

Fixed the passenger side mirror. It no longer hangs by the power mirror cable. Pics to come, I was just dark when I remembered to do so.

Awesome, are you still DD'ing the ZX2 and still have plans to turbo it?

Yes, did't realize the tune would be so much. So far tuning is my most expensive thing. And the engine was 400 by itself!

Took it out of the gate and the engine feels strong. I hope the transmission holds together for a little while. It didn't like to be taken above 4500 RPMs. Though it has been sitting for some time.
