2002 Focus ZTS (Zetec Turbo Sedan) 2.0 Zetec w/ATX Safe 5-8 psi boost If I go with 8 psi then I will have (approx) 209 HP at the crank
8psi/14.7psi=.55bar, 135HP*.55bar=74HP, 135+74=209HP (at Crank) 5psi/14.7psi=.34bar, 135HP*.34bar=46HP, 135+36=171HP (at Crank)
Is my math correct?
Things I need.
-Turbo (Garret) Oil connections to turbo Coolant connections to turbo -Header (log style, cast) -Intercooler -Intake Piping -Cat -Exhaust piping -Blow-off Valve -Waste gate (Internal)
Wow thanks Steven! -Vacuum and hoses -Emmission controls?? -Vac/Boost gauge -A/F ratio gauge -Fuel Pump
When I get ambitious -Injectors -Tune -Wideband A/F gauge
Any thoughts of what I am missing?

For the most part, it sounds like you got the basics. Few things:
-Injectors. You could safely run 42lb on a stock engine but most upgrade to 60lb for future upgrades that involve building their setup. I'd go with 60lb injectors in my opinion. Just the stock 19lb aren't gonna cut it.
-All the hoses/ clamps/ bolts for the intake/exhaust piping. These can add up fast.
-You'll need to find a vacuum source and find vacuum hoses to run to the wastegate.
-May need to run an oil catch can since you'll most likely have to delete the stock PVC system because most Turbos and manifolds hit it making clearance issues. You could also vent to atmosphere but that could make a huge mess of your car if not setup properly.
-Tune. I just got Turbo Toms (1turbofocus on FF) NA tune for my car and what a difference especially with the ATX! Turbo setups always need to be tuned since air and fueling will be drastically changed.
-At least a boost and wideband/ A/F ratio gauge. Also Oil pressure is also recommended. I ordered my AEM wideband and its an amazing peice for the price. It includes everything needed to make it work.
-Another zetec oil pan would be nice so you could get the oil return hose fitting welded in place.
-Boost Controller. Not absolutely needed but I'd think your setup would be safer with an electronic or manual boost controller. Don't want to rely on the wastegate spring and accidently overboost and pop goes the motor. Not exactly sure on this but definitly read around about it.
-Uhm not sure if you'll need to get a Maf-ia or not. I think for a stock engine you'll be just fine without it but I'd look into that aswell.
-Also not sure if you'd need to run a Kenne Bell Boost-A-Pump. However I would upgrade to either an '03 or newer/ SVT fuel pump. They flow more and it'd suck to pop an engine because fuel pressure fell off in the upper rpm's.
That's about all I can think of though at the moment. I've been reading about turbo'ing a stock or built Focus ever since I joined FF because one day I'll be doing the same! There is a TON of good info in the "Forced Induction section" of FF. BTW what's your power goals? And this is with a stock engine, right?

I can tell you every oil feed/drain piece you'll need if you're turboing a Zetec, but I have a feeling you've got a D2.3 You've got the basic layout, and Steven did well with his reply. I think one thing you'll need is a larger MAF housing. Just put your stock sensor in a 3" housing and leave 6" of straight piping both ways from the sensor to make sure it gives an accurate reading. What are you looking to spend on a BOV? I've heard good reviews of the Ebay Type RS BOV, and I'm going with one for my setup. Who are you going with for tuning? If it's anyone local, ask if they tune SCT, and if they have your computer strategy code before deciding on a tuner. An Xcal3 would be your friend for tuning.

correction Mario is the only one with D23 Chris has D20 he is ZX4SE Not a ST I thought he had a D23. I assumed that it was an ST because he has a North American Stock ST badge on the back. He's done a damn good job making his car look like an ST if it's not.

Well I'm not sure of the placement of the oil tapping areas on a D23; I think they still have the same 1/8" -4 AN fitting though.

The D23's cylinders are bored 11mm taller than the D20, making the block 11mm taller. Other than that, there aren't many other differences.

Looks like a great start!
Know what Garrett turbo you have? Also you may not have to use the coolant option for the turbo depending on what it is. I've seen many builds where guys only use oil to cool it with no problems at all.
As far as emissions, I think if you're still running a cat. then you'll be fine. You could turn off EGR in your tune (if you don't use it) so a CEL won't pop up. For your setup 2.5" downpipe back exhaust should be perfect unless you ever build the engine then 3" back would be cheaper in the long run.

Looks about the same size as the FSWerks one. Should be fine.
