Didn't see a single focus run.. I did a lot better this time around, although my reaction times could be a little better. My previous best was 17.408 My new best is 17.15 Mods were: 3" MMi intake 2.5" catback OBX header Heavy ass rims knock sensor delete UDP 91 octane December weather
Mods are: 2.5" catback Roush intake & airbox Ford Racing plug wires Base tuned pcm knock sensor delete 91 octane March weather
Kind of an odd sign of progress.. maybe the 3" intake and 18s held me back a lot? Anywho, I've been doing some reading on launches with automatic zx2s.. I've been using the wrong method. (holding brake and gas) I'm going to attempt to snag a 16.9 the next go-around and just punching the gas instead of power-breaking.

That's cool man! I want to take my bone stock auto ZX3 down and get a time but I still have no insurance and I don't think I'm old enough to race yet. Don't you have to be 18? I know my dad's been talking about running his bone stock SVTF but he needs to do some minor work on it and a tune up first. Whens the next event? Is it usually bi-weekly or monthly? I'd like to go check it out.

You need a signed waiver from your parents and you can race. Call the Speedway and ask how to obtain the waiver when you're ready to race..

You can ask the clerk in the ticketing/gift shop building during daytime hours (9-4) for a permission slip. They may be able to fax one, but I've never asked.
