Also figured out my exhaust setup. Trubendz 3" ss pipe kit Mbrp 20" resonator 3" flex 3" to 2.5" y pipe Dual 3" angled rolled tips
This accompanied with a 3" catless downpipe equals growl and more growl.

The next goodness may not be a gude cylinder head. The more I look at it the more I realise the head won't benefit a street turbo car, moreso a drag car. In other news, precision turbo & engine has a nice 'charger for my build and goals.. the 5557 CEA with a t3 turbine and 3" vband outlet flange.

Pics soon. Parts are getting mailed today. My intake manifold brainstorming is going at full throttle right now, so onto my idea.. I have a billet intake manifold flange. I found four 2" velocity stacks. I figure since camshaft profiles for the zetec favor the intake over the exhaust, I need larger primaries for the intake to take advantage of the added lift and duration. Plan.. build 10" runners with the length of the velocity stack included. The VS will be welded onto the plenum and the upper half of the manifold will detach from the lower half, much like the svt intake. Plenum size still up for thoughts. 65mm tb, iac, vac lines.

I believe that intake manifold flange you got came from Dominic Biro. Me = Jelly lol. Link: www.flickr.com/photos/46382132@N00/1223885012/in/set-72157623141391417/For size, I believe the lower half of the SVT intake manifold measures 2 inches wide. I'd just go the width of whatever the flange you have is and match all that to the intake ports in the head. Its important to keep the shape and profile of the runners the same from velocity stack to head. Read something about Dom and one of his manifolds and I remember him saying his runner length was 8 and 3/4" or something close to that, I think 10" is a bit too long and would equal too much torque too soon in the powerband. I also read an article saying that round velocity stacks are better than the oval ones, something to think about. I have a bunch of links to pre-machined intake manifold pieces and how to design/build intake manifolds if you want.
