Here's my current mods: K&N CAI CFM 67mm TB Cossie IM CFM under drive pulley FSwerks Race header FSwerks 2.25" exhaust(will this be big enough)
What I will be adding Crower Stage 3 cams and springs CFM adjustable cam gears(still need to buy) Massive ported head(90%sure) New clutch(looking for suggestions)
What seals/gaskets will I need to replace and where can I get them?
Any suggestion on other additives while you all help me install these things?
Also, does anyone know at what point the Duratec's need to upgrade the fuel injectors?
Any gauges I should get to keep an eye on things?

if your looking to keep this 100% NA you might want to look at higher comp pistons, somewhere around 11.5:1. It would make better make use of all your airflow improvements. For a clutch, you'll be fine with a stage 1 kit. Going NA you'll never get over 250hp (without NOS) so a lightweight flywheel and good street manners. You will need a good tune and a A/F Ratio gauge.

I'm going to do rods and pistons together, with the ranger crank down the road, definitely going to need a tune, probly go back to Randy at fswerks

If you can afford it, go with a 2.5" exhaust. If you ever decide to turbo or use nitrous, you'll be good to go.

I like where this is going ;D
Tune and wideband for sure, my AEM wideband is great and can be had just about anywhere for $200 shipped new. You can also have Massive deck the head to effectively raise compression, unfortunately I dont know whats safe and still be able to run 91oct since I'm a zetec guy. 2.5" exhaust should help you out since you have the other supporting breathing mods, i/e: intake, head, cams, header.
I really believe you'll be at 200whp all said and done. Then you can always run nitrous at the drag strip if you want. There's a guy on FJ with a stock D20 longblock and a 100 shot who ran a 12.3. Pretty impressive IMO.

Oh and when the trans is out, I'd definitely throw in a Torsen T2 ATB. Well worth it.

Act cutches make a nice hd clutch kit. I'd buy one if I didn't already have a centerforce. You need to buy a head gasket set which includes all the gaskets for doing a valve grind. Another thing you should upgrade is the flywheel. Go with a fidanza or clutchmasters for sure. The flywheel totally changes how you drive and I think it's one of the most noticable mods. Shaving rotational mass is another advantage the flywheel gives.

By the way, with the power you will be putting down, you'll need some 30lb ev6 injectors or better.

If you get the Exedy Kit from FSWerks, the new flywheel bolts come with the kit since they are different from the stick ones. When I got mine, it did not come with new bolts and I was unaware that they were a different length.
