My Bluetooth OBD reader is not working. It powers on, and Bluetooth talks to my phone, and my laptops. But does not talk to any car I have tried. I think it is miss wired on the inside. Says ELM327M ver. 1.4a on the board

If anyone has a similar device, I would appreciate if you can open it up and take a look at the wiring. There my be an error with OBD side pins 2, 6, 7, 10, or 15.
