Hey everyone, my name is John and I am a senior at UNLV.
I've been driving my 2005 ZX4 SE since I drove it off the lot 5 years ago.
I love my car and its been extremely reliable.
The color is light tundra metallic and I think its probably the best color for the 05's.

I love cars and try to work on mine when I can.
I do my own oil changes and installed my CAI myself.
Before my focus I use to do more work on cars, but since
Nothing really breaks on my focus I haven't had that problem.
My girlfriend had a trubendz 2.25" exhaust installed as a christmas present.

I also bought my mother a 2007 focus for her birthday three years ago
She has a Red ZX4 S, manual windows and locks. (I was being cheap)

I honestly can't wait to see what other people have done to their focuses in person.
I've lurked on focus fanatics off and on pretty much since I purchased my car five years ago.

I do have some questions about the meet ups.
How often do you guys try to get together?
Do you go on drives or just hang out?
What kind of places have you (or usually) meet up at?
And when is the next meet up?

Sometimes every week, sometimes every month-ish. It really depends on interest.

We mostly just hang out. We've never really went on a drive, but I'd like to.

We usually meet at Ryan's (freidfocus) house, but sometimes we meet at other places like at PTs or someplace similar. Now that we're getting a little bigger we may have to meet somewhere else though/
And when is the next meet up?
Not entirely sure. We have a BBQ that's supposed to be in a few weeks.

PS: A bird crapped on my hood sometime this morning.
This keeps happening this month, this is the 5th time!!!!
And its at different places, not under a tree or a lamp post,
Once was even in the parking garage at UNLV.
It started after I hit a pigeon driving to school at the beginning
of the month. That same day I found a little sparrow laying dead
on my hood when I was leaving my house for the night. I don't
know whats up with this but I must be cursed because I hit that
pigeon. So guys, don't hit birds with your car, they will just have their
friends die and shit on your car to get you back.
