Well I put about 50 miles on the setup last night and I have no complaints about anything at all. I say if you dont have a Torsen, you NEED one. My car just pulls itself around turns and lets you put throttle down mid turn without spinning the inside wheel or spinning both and getting massive understeer. Also last night at Doms I put my Prothane (red bushings) mount on the car and wow! There is little, and I mean very little difference in extra vibration inside the car but it definitely stiffens up motor movement. Today I'll be cutting down the stock shifter so I can mount my boot without fear of tearing it. I'll get pics later...

Been working with Tom and went from 11 DTC's down to 3. He's talking to SCT for me to see if they can help us. Will be calling him tomorrow and we will continue tuning. Anyways cars been running well, Tom made it hang revs less so if feels way better and right now, I'm sitting on 230 miles at half tank! Usually I hit about 250 when its time to fill up. So far doing this trans swap has improved handling, power, and miliage, making it a win win win to me!

That's awesome. Hopefully you can get all of the issues pinned down and ironed out. The hanging revs in my car drive me crazy.

Toms still been working with me on the tune and the car is starting to really feel alive. He's been taking care of my Knock issue which I'm sure was the hestation/stumbling I felt before when the ECU would pull timing. I'm sure mostly everyone saw my newly made short shifter at the car show but I thought I'd post pics of the process. Stock length at just about 9 inches from bottom of center console Wanted about 1.5"-2" taken off so I measured and scribed Then used a 12x1.25 die to cut new thread using the old threads as an alignment point Cut off and reground the starting tip And the final result showing 6.5" from bottom of center console. I know thats a 2.5" difference but I think I didnt screw the knob all the way down when I first measured and screwed the knob down even more when I finished. O'well because I think the length is just perfect as far as feel and looks. All done In the end I went from this To this And feel like this everytime I hop in lol

Oh ok lol. We should see if anyone else can see whats wrong with that picture, and no I'm not talking about the automatic. Also can someone do another photoshop for me based off this pic but with color matched door trims, door handles, mirror caps, no side skirts, and possibly glossy black B-pillar and mirror base trims if its not to hard? Thanks in advance
